A Pacific Northwest Evolution of a Game-Day Classic.

Tips

make ahead

This dip is a party-planning dream! You can prep it up to 2 days in advance. Simply cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to soften.

Pro Tip: If you’ve already added microgreens, lay a dry paper towel over the top before sealing with plastic wrap to absorb excess moisture and keep the greens crisp.

use an electric mixer!

For a dip that’s ultra-creamy and easy to scoop, beat the cream cheese layers with an electric mixer for 3–5 minutes. This extra step guarantees a smooth finish and makes sure every bite is packed with flavor!
